So do not flash directly...

Just extract ROM...

Select all folders and files

And creat a simple zip...done

Flashing process:

Go to recovery (recommended philz)

Do a full wipe(clean to install ROM)

Select zip and flash

After ROM booted....

Go to setting/developer option/enable root access
Then install busy box....

Again go to 

recovery and flash gapps.....

And SD fix zip......

Do a wipe dalvik and caches....
